April 29, 1932 - crashed by pilot Freimanis at Bolderaja.
June 4, 1933 - tested and returned to service.
October 15, 1935 - crashed by pilot Janis Karklins.
January 4, 1937 - After being re-engined with a Serval V it is tested and assigned to the 2nd Fighter Squadron.
May 13, 1937 - while performing aerobatics the aircraft disintegrated in
mid-air and the pilot (Grube) had to parachute to safety. The aircraft was totally destroyed.
