- This aircraft was purchased from Sweden by the Latvian Aeroclub. It was to be used primarily as a trainer for the
flight school which the Aeroclub had decided to establish.
- The aircraft was initially brought to Riga where it underwent a major rebuild. On February 15, 1926 Popovs, with his
mechanic Zablockis, test flew the aircraft for the first time after the rebuild. The aircraft crashed and, while the two
crewmen were uninjured, the aircraft was utterly destroyed.
